Kim brings more than 20 years of Western Montana real estate experience. Her career spans residential and luxury real estate, land, investment properties, new construction, and development. She has worked extensively alongside builders, developers, and landowners and has helped brand, position, market, and sell multiple residential subdivisions throughout the Missoula Valley. That experience gives her an uncommon understanding of how a project moves from vision to market—and what ultimately drives buyer demand and value.

Jenifer is a sixth-generation Montanan whose understanding of property began long before her real estate career. Raised in a family rooted in real estate development, investment, construction, and design, Jenifer developed an early understanding of property and an appreciation for the vision and possibilities behind it. Her own experience owning and operating multiple businesses further shaped an entrepreneurial mindset and an instinct for recognizing opportunity, solving problems, and seeing potential others may overlook.

Together, Jenifer and Kim have developed particular expertise in land, new construction, and residential development. They advise developers on market positioning, pricing, target buyers, builder relationships, marketing strategy, and bringing homesites and new construction to market. Their established network of builders, developers, designers, engineers, lenders, and other professionals also gives clients access to trusted resources well beyond the transaction.
