Leland Reed loves people, and it's clear to see why. One of the top-performing Agents in the state (and a household name in the Montana market for being a "Go-Getter"), with over $40M sold in 2024 and over $50M sold last year, Leland is a passionate storyteller, empathetic listener, and tenacious dealmaker, all with one goal in mind: making people happy. Leland has experienced fast and continued success since entering the world of Real Estate. Having lived and worked around the country (from Georgia, Chicago, New York, Utah, and Alaska), Leland put down roots in Montana (where her family has a 3rd generation ranch in Lolo, Montana), and nothing has brought her more joy. Now, her goal is to bring joy to others through real estate.

Her passion for real estate comes from her love of architecture and the stories that each individual home, ranch, or piece of land has; to her, that's the 'romance' of real estate. Pairing that passion with a tenacious and aggressive marketing presence, a strong network in which to storytell, and her obsession with providing the highest in customer service for her clients is what has led Leland to become (and stay) a top Agent, in the top 1%.

Since her foray into Real Estate, she's seen great success, including brokering Missoula's biggest residential sale in 2022, listed for just under $16M while representing the Buyers, and has been honored with multiple awards, including being awarded the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® "Newcomer of the Year" when her career first started.

Leland balances her busy real estate career with her life as a wife (her husband of 19 years, Michael, who is a foot and ankle surgeon and physician of podiatric medicine at their practice, Western Montana Foot and Ankle) and mother to two active boys, ages 12 and 16, and all of their Montana passions. Leland is a passionate equestrian, riding at least 4 evenings a week and participating in competitive shows (next to Real Estate and her family, Leland's true love is Vinny and Theo, her two horses). She also loves skiing, biking, fishing, hiking, camping, dining, traveling, and exploring Montana with their two dogs, Olive and Pearl. She is a strong supporter of local businesses and actively donates to charities that fill her cup.
